Jones will do the exact same thing to Rashad.

Rampage looked tiny next to him, I can only imagine how Rashad will look.

Say what you want though, Rashad always comes with a gameplan and with that wicked right he's got is certainly capable of ending it. He'll have a much better chance than Rampage who I never thought would even last as long as he did.

The guy with the best shot of beating Jones in LHW in my opinion is Machida. That being said, I don't see Jones losing the belt anytime soon.

if anybody stands and strikes with Jones, and out strikes Jones, then he will just grab hold and pressure them against the cage. Then they will get tired and Jones will take them down. It's gonna take a big strong wrestler with jiu-jitsu and solid striking to dethrone Jones. Problem is, Jones is all those things so I don't see anybody beating him. Machida would be interesting, but Jones would turn it into a lay and pray match which he will win.

Machida is incredible against wrestlers. Rashad Evans, Tito Ortiz, Randy Couture, Rampage.. He shrugged them all off.

Jones is a different kind of animal though, his crazy wrestling judo hybrid style is so unorthodox I have no idea what's gonna happen. But stylistically I think Machida is definitely one of the top contenders to beat Jones. Don't think it's gonna happen though.

Apparently Machida vs. Phil Davis for UFC 140 in Toronto, but then Dana White shot it down by saying that Davis is still out with his injury. I think it would be a good fight, and would put the winner at the top of the weight class with Hendo, Shogun, and Jones obviously.

Speaking of Hendo, he says he wants to stay at light heavyweight, doensn't like the weight cut to middleweight. But if he were to drop down, it would be to fight Anderson Silva. I'd pay to see them scrap again.

As if Edgar did pretty much the same thing twice in a row. Beat up in the first round, but fights back to not only keep his title, but knock Gray Maynards ass out.

Frankie Edgar vs. Gilbert Melendez next? I think so.

What about Chael Sonnens challenge to Anderson Silva?

They will fight at superbowl weekend. February 4th roughly.

Diaz sure beat the snot out of BJ. I hope BJ doesn't retire but goes back to lightweight where he can still do some damage.

Diaz-GSP should be a good fight.

I will be going to Bellator 57 tomorrow night. Floor seats. Should be good times. I'm PVRing the UFC fight, so I can watch when I get home.

Met Sam Stout and Mark Hominick last night at Bellator 57. Even got pics to prove it.

Guida-Henderson was a blast, just as expected. They should have put that on the main card as well, it was all that mixed martial arts is about.
