British peeps will be interested to discover that Danny Alexander, our Chief Secretary to the Treasury, is a metalhead. Like, a proper one, into Slayer and Megadeth and stuff.

Ahh, I see. Might be a bit of a jump but the basics are still all the same. What're you not getting to grips with? Been a while but I'll see if I can remember.

I remember sequencing in a beat, and then I was trying to come up with a bassline, so I was playing the click track with the beat, and the beat always ended up ahead of the click track. I had it quantized and everything. I'm really not sure what happened there. It was probably a really stupid and basic mistake on my part, though.
