I know it's a hell of a difficult task to make abstraction for, but truly, if you "tolerates" the vocals, the songs are awesome ! Sometimes I'm ok with the vocals but sometimes you get the feeling the some poor chicken is getting strangled... but I can understand that the vocals are a show stopper for most. I enjoy the album as maybe my mind is replacing the vocals on-the-fly with Hansi's voice to a certain degree
... but I really can't stress enough how good some of the songs are.
Its a pity about the vocals but if they get better then the band could be really really good. My score is mostly for the compositions, and I should probably have shoved much more points because of the vocals but I truly love the songs themselves, their speed, their epic moment...
Anyway, just my 2 cents
