edit: I don't know how things are in North and Latin America, but here in Europe the simian analogy is an old, well-known and common insult to black people. Racist people attending to football games in stadiums often do the chimpanzee's "hoo haa hoo" and throw bananas every time a black player touches the ball. So perhaps the pic is more annoying - despicable, actually - to us than to you guys, I don't know.

I LOLed so hard with that "hoo haoo heeei" thing. In México there barely niggers, perhaps is the 0.0001% of the population. Sure, there's a lot of brown people, but the race is different. Maybe that's why black jokes are not offensive here.

Being Mexican, Puerto Rican, or anything in South America is being Mestizo. There is nothing wrong with it you can't exactly go back and place a massive sea wall preventing Cortez from coming to the Americas. I kinda like being considered half Spanish, but in the end its just ancestry and nothing more.
