This is the second great review I have read on this album. I am extremely curious. Hope to check it out soon. I have been getting into a lot of female fronted albums lately. Djerv is my favorite right now. If you haven't heard, you should definitely check out Djerv.

The female fronted crowd is one I have been trying to pull away from for abit, but this does sound intriguing. I think the biggest hurdle a female fronted group faces is making something sound unique and different, not a Nightwish clone. I still have to listen to Epica's newest, but they do a great job of seperating themselves musically with their take on classical compositions.

This is as far as it gets from Nightwish. Think Doro, Warlock and a little bit of Dio in her voice, with various trad metal styles represented in the music.

Thanks, Alex! I found this forum on a Google search.. so glad you're enjoying the album! I hope everyone else will give it a chance, too. It's so funny seeing people's opinions go from either "I love the feminine nature" or "I love the tough nature" when it comes to me on this album.

I'm just so happy you like it.

Thanks again for the review!
