After I thought he was on the threshhold of releasing his 'OM'. The creativity, songwriting ability, and musical talent is all there, if Eremita meanders as you said the potential is still there for the next album.
And I did like Angl quite a bit, I think Zad's initial review (he said on the thread he would've bumped up the score now) might have colored your past perceptions of our reactions.
I never completely got the Devin Townsend experience, on the other hand, but I completely understand why so many people would list him here.
