However, what makes the tumblr so funny is the weird mixing of normal disappointment from politics with the whacky "we're all gonna die, world is ending" bollocks in which case it is no different than loling at eschatological moments of Christianity. It's a weird look into conservative culture. The kids dressed up in suits was just so foreign to me.

I would never support Romney, but there are people that are legitimately worried about the course this country is taking, but you guys always make it about race, and when it gets thrown back into your faces, you get all indignant, saying things like "I really don't see the point you're making. It's not hypocritical. Race is actually centered around unfairness. Portrayals of raced individuals bears particular investments not present in portrayals of white folk. Not sure when I made it about race, but that's cool.
