But seriously, I understand material conditions and I can understand why girls enter into said industry. Do what you got to do. I can also understand girls that actually buy into the ideology and voluntarily enter into the field. If ideology had no sway over individuals, it wouldn't be ideology. I won't judge them for that and I think that they would agree with me that it's not a perfect system even for those who love it.

However, where I do deny agency is to laborers in entering into the labor process. They freely enter into an unfree situation. Since no one wants to starve, laborers must freely apply for jobs that will alienate and exploit them. As Paul Willis says, "All of capitalists freedoms are real freedoms, it just takes the risk that the freedom is always to enter into self-damnation". Agency never denied.

the participants have a right to choose whether to be involved or not, just as those who view the material choose to do so, if you are uncomfortable with the idea or find pornography to be morally unacceptable then you have the choice of not viewing it

the only situation I can see where this creates issues is where one party be it advocating or opposing the viewing and making of such material attempts to force their views on the other
