I'd say, this recording, alongside with Fear of The Dark, contain outstanding productions, aside from their debated musical values, which has little weight, as far as those argumentations are concerned.

definitely as good as any of the "unholy trinity" albums. The mixture of riffs that could have been on Transilvanian Hunger and Celtic Frost style riffs make for a great listen.

In fact, I had To Mega Therion in mind for listening sometime soon.

I remember when this recording was released and the roar it created for a considerable span of time, which thereafter, people, as the way they are, started criticizing Tool, even with 10,000 Days was released, and even more so, with Fear Inoculum. This recording is seldom listen to, but my love for Tool never wanes, even when I am listening to them and when I have not listened to them for long.
