Oblivion.

Wonderous and awe-inspiring.

In loving remembrance of a friend whom is no longer here but whom I will always remember with great fondness and his love for Mr. Townsend and my love for him.

When I was a younger man I would rail against this band for their cheesy imagery, horrible lyrics, and their leather pics. As I've gotten older I can admit being an unabashed fan of Into Glory Ride, Hail to England, and Sign of the hammer for the classic heavy metal albums they are and Eric's vocals are fucking great. They're a flawed band who underwent a precipitous fall from grace, but their 80's stuff is unassailable

Another band that for the longest time made nothing but absolute sonic gold. Unfortunately, they got rid of their lush melodies/beautiful My Dying bride-influenced riffs/leads and became a giant symphony with chug riffs.

Septicflesh early to mid-era material is bar to none.
