I figured it was a good time to complete my BG collection.
I still need to complete my Helloweeen collection, even after those purchases.

Iron Maiden - Death on the Road
Iron Maiden - Powerslave
Iron Maiden - Dance of Death
Iron Maiden - Piece of mind

:D :D :D

Finally got myself some of their albums, found them all in a second hand cd store for cheap and had some cash on me and couldn't resist.

I rather like dance of death, there were a few good songs on there - my favourite being Rainmaker. Death on the road was not that great, there were plenty of songs on there that I liked but I don't think it was bruce doing vocals (correct me if I'm wrong, I'm a bit of a newbie to Iron Maiden) and the recording wasn't as good as I expected from a band as huge as Maiden. That was really the only one of the albums I was dissapointed with.

I just "updated" my copy of Rabbit Don't Come Easy by Helloween. My original excluded the song Do You Feel Good? I ripped the CD onto my computer, downloaded that song, and made a new copy with that song in place.

Nice list. Looks like you are getting some back catologue (collecting) i see. I also ordered Machine Men (Elegies) from theend to see what all the hype is about. I liked the last album.
I am huge Scorps fan but the last release was Ugh (Terrible). They need to stick to ballads and stop trying to rock-out anymore :(
I think that Hammerfall is their best one!

BattleRoar- Age of Chaos
Savage Circus- Dreamland Manor
Primal Fear- Seven Sealsl
Icarus Witch- Capture the Magic
Noctural Rites- Grand Illusion
Highland Glory- Forever Endeavour
Wolfcry- Warfair
Helloween- Mrs God (Ep)
Manegarm- Vredens Tid
Odroerir- GotterLieder
Xandria- India

Very happy with the Epic old school power metal of Battleroar with some modern power touches. This album must be reviewed here!. This is a power metal album that all metal genre fans i think will like. The "happy", "hard" and "old school" fans alike. They must have been Ciruth Ungol and Warlord fans from back in the day.

You weren't missing much.

I haven't bought an album in well over a week. I feel unclean.

Let us know how these ones are. I got Wolfcry's first album cheap on eBay, but I'm not that big a fan of it. Vocals were kind of weak back then, so I never did get their last one.

As for Icarus Witch, I've been waiting for this one for a while. Would you say to go for it?

Thanks.

YOu answered your own question.
The wolfcry only has a few good tracks (not worth the $12)
For some reason the singer is muffled behind the production (on a 3rd album?)
Of course, The Icarus Witch is a ver solid album throughout for old school true/heavy. It is easily worth the money
