Them, Fantomas, Maudlin of the Well/Kayo Dot and Death.

Ayreon's my favourite of the prog-power metal movement, because it's closer to hard rock.

None really. Can't argue with Pagan's Mind, though.

With other Prog bands I just like individual songs/albums.

I don't think that album is progressive at all. It's very straight-forward rock/metal. The only song that would even begin to touch on the progressive side of things would be "Suite Sister Mary."

I think you are right that they are not "pure" prog, but there isn't much "power" about them, so you are wrong.

I think you are right that they are not "pure" prog, but there isn't much "power" about them, so you are wrong.

All of the bands besides Adagio can be called progpower, but so what.
I'm not a big fan of Dream Theater-like prog metal.I still have a lot of prog bands to explore anyway.
