Filmed in 1991 on the Bring The Noize Tour in which Anthrax co-headlined with Public Enemy, the band was riding high on the success of the song Bring The Noise; a collaboration with Public Enemy that spawned the first rap/metal fusion and was big hit with both rap and metal fans. Filmed at the Irvine Meadows Amphitheater in Southern California, this DVD release sees the re-issue of the VHS version of this concert on DVD by Universal Music / Cherry Red Films.

Well....this might be the shortest ever review by this reviewer. What you get here is about an hour of an Anthrax performance that features tracks like N.F.L., Got The Time, A.I.R., the Kiss cover Parasite, Keep It In The Family, Caught In A Mosh, Indians and Antisocial. For the rap/metal section of the performance, we get I'm The Man and the duet with Public Enemy for Too Much Posse and Bring The Noise. The band is tight as hell yet the sound is horrible with Scott Ian's guitar parts almost totally inaudible in the mix. I tried this on a couple of DVD players and still the same result. Dan Spitz's lead solos also sound like they were punched in afterwards in the studio and are way too loud in the mix. There are a few backstage snips and the top menu looks like something anyone could make up with any video editing software. This concert is well filmed yet sounds like a bootleg. The live album from this tour for the Persistence Of Time album was much, much better than this. To top it off, Got the Time isn't listed anywhere either on the back of the DVD case or in the main menu. This looks like a cheap direct copy of the original VHS version and nothing more.

Bottom line....forget this one....don't waste your money. Get Oidivnikufesin (NFV) instead.
