Britny Fox was formed back in 1986 and 15 years later there bringing out their first and only live album. Ok they have released only 3 albums their whole career. Their self-tittled album out in the end of the 80's turned out into gold and went out to sell over 800'000 copies in the USA. Many ups and downs during all these years of existence and they are well known for their sex, drugs & rock'n'roll attitude, the band split in 1992.

They came back together in 2000 and recorded this live album. Funny thing ... this is the second live album I am reviewing, which also comes from the label Spitfire, as the other one was also an older old time US rock star Ted Nugent (see the review).

Britny Fox style goes straight into the same line as the one from bands like Tesla, Warrant, Ratt, Poison, Slaughter or even Night Ranger. So it is real US rock or AOR very influenced by the 80's. The production and the sound are both a good work.

Long Way To Live! starts with a very big hammer called Long Way To Love, this song is a real killer. For the rest of the album you really have a bit from every thing: rocky songs, ballads, AOR.

This is not the best live album I have heard in my life, but it is well done and it feels good to know that these kind of band still exists and play just kick ass rock'n'roll !!!
