I normally drink Weihenstephaner Hefeweißbier , although I alternate between liking the Hefe and Dunkel versions. In the winter I tend to like drinking something a little stronger, like a Doppelbock.
Of course most people would associate Bremen being the site of the Beck's brewery, and some of their beers are very nice, like the Kräusen variety, but the stuff that most of you know isn't worth pouring down the sink.
If I'm going out to drink, however, I tend to go to a local brewpub which serves up some very fine, quaffable beers.
