Fuck yeah, looks to be the best Marvel superhero flick since the first Iron Man. Btw, I watched the sequel last week, and while I liked it in the theater I couldn't stand it on my second watch. They took out most of what I liked and replaced it with annoying characters and corny action sequences. No thank you.

The first time I saw this (I was like, 11), I thought "well, what the fuck is THAT ?" I thought it was some kind of joke. Then I later learnt Captain America is actually an immensely popular superhero...

Well, I just made a list, you know.The US flag, the shield, the cute little wings, etc. You don't get those things on spiderman, the hulk, the X-Men (most of them), Iron Man, etc.Superman is another ridiculous one, but hey, it's Superman.But regarding the movie, will just see, it may be an nice surprise as Iron Man (the first one) was.

Kinda behind on this one, but I watched Lat den ratte komma in today. It was pretty good. I dunno, I liked how the killing spree was done in the beginning and kind of wish there had been more of a prolonged mystery behind it. Overall better than most modern vampire movies, though.

Does anyone have any good suggestions for other Swedish or Scandinavian movies (can be mostly anything, but horror, mystery, war films or some kind of suspense would be preferable)?

I haven't read the series yet and not sure if I intend to or not, same with the films. I've heard some mixed reviews with some people saying its groundbreaking and others saying its not worth the time. I suppose I should see them, though.

Any other suggestions are welcome. I'd like to escape the usual Hollywood/American formula in film. I've seen some good German films and a few hit/miss British films, but wondering more about Scandinavian films as well.
