this is terrible, young lads should not have really low heart condition. they must have been sick since birth or something. its just not normal to collapse, and especially since football is not a sport with very high stamina requirements. it would be more normal if it happened in marathon.

Are you kidding? Footballers run 10 kilometres every game and that's an average. Could be even more.

FC Porto got lucky, Liverpool are really tough but Marseille and Besiktas seem pretty crappy, on the other hand Sporting Lisbon got royally fucked in the ass with this draw - Man United and AS Roma! Benfica has to deal with AC Milan, plus Shakhtar Donetsk seems pretty strong. dunno about Celtic, they sucked last season but i haven't seem them play since.

Speaking of Klose, Bayern Munich has an amazing squad this year. With Ribery and such. They'll kick some major ass.

what about the UEFA cup draws? small-time portuguese teams Paços de Ferreira (for the first time in a European competition), União de Leiria and Belenenses got AZ Alkmaar, Bayer Leverkusen and Bayern Munich, respectively!

Azrael, dude, Porto ain't going further than the UEFA cup after that draw. Liverpool (despite being a Wrexham fan 1st) look the real deal this season, so expect nothing from those games. Between you and Marseille for 2nd, but I think the French have the edge now they have Cisse

yeah. he said that he didn't even touch Dragutinovic, but that's only because the later displayed l33t dodging skills - one way or another, Scolari very clearly tried to punch a guy in the face.

in other news, Ricardo Sá Pinto and João Pinto were invited by Scolari to join the technical staff. RSP punched then-national coach Artur Jorge after he wasn't called up for the squad, and JP punched the ref after Portugal's elimination versus South Korea in WC 2002 :lol:
