Serious question- is being a mod at this site worth putting on my CV? I would put something like "I am a moderator at a multinational online community dedicated to music discussion". Does that make me sound cool to a prospective employer?

From my experience, anything that can be considered work related is worth putting on a CV.

I'm definitely adding my reviewing gig at MCDR to my CV anyway, but the mod thing is a decent idea too.....

That's depressing to hear. "Mother Earth" is excellent and "The Silent Force" certainly has its moments. It sucks when bands change their sound for the worse.

While at work the other day, I get this nice old lady as a customer and so Im wrappin up her sub and she looks at me and asks me a question, the convo went a little like this:

Nice (But Crazy) Old Lady: Do you know who God and Jesus is?
Me: Uhhh.. What?
Nice (But Crazy) Old Lady: Do you know who Jesus is..? Son of God, he died for our sins.
Me: Uhhh... Yeah, I know him...
Nice (But Crazy) Old Lady: Well, we are entering the End Times, you should think about opening your heart to him.
Me: ....
Nice (But Crazy) Old Lady: Will you do it!?
Me: kay..

What the fuck man, I wanted to be rude to her and scare her off, but like I said, she was a nice old lady for the first bit I talked to her, I was shocked and only really thought about it after she left.

I really hate when people talk to me about religion, especially when I dont even know them.. Anyways, Im gonna go poop and drink some flavoured water.

I can see why people get pissed off when people are pushy. I can't stand that. I've had people say the same thing to me before, and I'm Christian. I know it's cool to talk about it, but I hate it when people think they have to push it on others. Anyway, have a good poop.
