Dan Swano's production is perfectly haunting here: the clunkyness of the drums, the black metal style guitar, and the relevant, audible bass lines. It is Blackheim/Nystorm's clean lead guitars that truly stand out for me though, particularly on my possibly all time favorite tracks: Tomb of Insomnia.

I think it's much better than Elements, probably better than Piece of Time... I wouldn't say better than UP.

Listening to Ethica Odini on myspace .. getting somewhat mixed feelings. I like the opening couple of minutes or so then it kinds of degenerates a bit, but I suppose the vocals are interesting enough for it to grow on you. Getting more of a pop vibe from them.
