Hmm... I'm hardly an expert in the genre, but this is not that bad. The vocals are a little lame and so is the guitar solo, waaaaay to sloppy IMO. Over all though this is decent stuff.

Yeah the vocals are weak. Thanks for the comments. About the solo...do you hate the whole thing or what? It wasn't really meant to be a super clean technical guitar workout or anything, but 5 whole a's??. I'm not Herman Li in Demoniac over here

But what the hell, shoot, what kind of solo should it be.

Heh, I've heard much worse from better known musicians... I don't like the stopping and starting though.

HAHA!! That video of Herman Li soloing is damn funny. He frikin points at the camera in the middle of his solo. Anyway, I just found your solo a little too sloppy. I'm all for the bad production and emotional feel in black metal, but your solo just didn't fit with the music, IMO. Keep in mind I'm not very knowledgeable in this area, but that is just my 2 pennies.

Funnily enough, I just got aim for the first time in months. The new version works when the others wouldn't, odd. So yeah, I'll add you, and my sn is Thorned Earth.

I know im late but i dont care.......

it was good, but not that good, thought if i said i didnt enjoy listening to the songs i would be lying.

The vocals as pointed out by Ken are kind of weak, but if you just improved your rasp a little. it would sound good with that kind of ditortion. The long howling screams i thought were what i wish it all sounded like.

I know bad production is kvlt, but a little cleaner, especially in the drums may have worked better.

The riffs were cool, if i had to criticise them i might say they were almost over-minimalistic.

Inform us of anything else you record, cos im very interested in hearing it.

Not actually terrible, but one thing I'd like to see is some synths (not as a main instrument) just in the background to add some majestie.

DUDE what the fuck happened to Tyranosaurus Sex?! It's far too early in your career to split over creative differences and go solo. I demand a reunion tour.

then i'm happy to tell you that your detector works fine

but... even the cheapest detector would detect sarcasm in that post after hearing the music

imo ppl shouldn't pretend to play in a band or their own solo projekt unless they know how to write and play music... i don't tell ppl i have two bands myself due to the 8-9 tracks of music i've made through my career, and why?.. because it suck!
