So far BFMV's music seems to have the least merit. In terms of purely irritating people, Avenged Sevenfold. But I voted BFMV because they seem to be the worst band on that list.

Trivium ain't that bad

I never heard BFMV

so I'll have to go with HIM but there are, imo, worse bands than those you quoted...

Avenged Sevenfold's last album is great, Trivium aren't as bad as everyone says, My Chemical Romance might be bad, HIM piss me opff to no end; yet it's Bullet For My Valentine who really take the piss and well all of my anger up into a huge emo-core style hatey person.

your missing the point. the bands you mentioned arent pimped 24-7 in Metal Hammer. Those 5 bands listed are literally Gods if you believe that mag. Im asking, which super popular band of the moment do you despise most?

Hahaha, you really haven't read Metal Hammer then, they're the ONLY bands and maybe an occasional Machine Head page or two, it fucking sucks-Terrorizer's the only one worth buying, and I rarely have money for that any more.

BFMV is probably the worst band there but I vote for Avenged Sevenfold because the sum of all their IQs would probably equal a monkey.

Difficult one.

Trivium for being monstrously overrated.
Avenged sevenfold for being posers, bandwagon jumpers and knuckledraggin redkneck morons. Plus they have stupid names.
HIM for being a shitty goth pop band frequently dressed up as metal
My chemical romance for the stupid image-obsessed look, for the "deep" lyrics, for playing pop punk.
Bullet for my valentine for being posers of the highest degree that also play shitty paint-by-number fashoncore music.

In some cases its the fans of these bands that piss me off more than the band themselves (excluding Avenged Sevenfold, Valo and Bullet...)

Bullet, for making me hate the Welsh. Trivium follow closely, A7X don't really annoy me, nor HIM (hey, they're onto something and making money, give credit where it's due).
