i'm sure there's a script for removing inactive accounts.. say if an account has zero posts and zero ratings on reviews after sixth months then it could be consigned to oblivion.

Right. there seem to be hundreds who never post but have an account. could they be not real people or something? I wonder how many people read but dont post. Seems kind of weird to think of guys that dont post reading everything thats posted here.

I believe you can just purge accounts that have zero posts. Shouldn't be hard.

You could determine that, too.

Best way would be a combination of last login date + data. If they have never created a piece of data on the site and haven't logged in for 6 months, delete them.

The team needs to be stricter to spammers. Say that you'll give their emails out to the forumites unless they come on the forum, and then do so...
