69 means "Try Before Buy" according to the MR rating system.
I think it goes well with what I said. Feel free to disagree.

I think a score of "Fair" is very appropriate. She didn't say the album was bad, she said "it’s nothing we haven’t heard before". Big difference. As for the Killing Songs, that part is relative. It doesn't mean the song is an amazing tune, it's for the best of the CD and according to the review the CD isn't that great so a forgettable track could very likely be one of the best of the CD, relatively speaking.
Nice defending Mr.Attorney

Well, I would agree with most of what you said, HOWEVER the overall feeling you get from the review is very negative, I probably didn't find anything positive about it apart from mentioning the first couple of songs as some of the better ones. Thus glancing upon the scale u just posted, it equals to Below Average or Medium.
To be more specific about the killing songs: Ok, the problem I have with this is, that based on the review I got the impression that the first 3 songs were the best material on the disc, so how come the reviewer then picks a song she describes as "forgettable" over some of the "better ones"?! I'm like wtf! Oxymoron+1
Now, I'd like to remind that I'm not bashing the review or the reviewer, coz that's how this make me feel, but just the correlation to the score. So now, if you'd want us to believe that this was truly a "fair" album then I would have needed to read something (more) positive about it to why it was such. Like for instance in the end: "Despite the shortcomings this was still a fair album". But what we get instead is something thorougly opposite "..better to avoid this one.." :!:  Doesn't sound fair to me
