I theived this album a while ago and was more or less blown away on the basis of the first listen - when did Mystic Prophecy ever sound this fresh? But then I fell back into my bad listening habits and haven't given it another go since then. I'll work on that. But as I remember, this is their best effort so far, something I would have thought impossible after losing a talent like Gus G.

I heard this a couple of times by now. It's pretty solid and based on the fact it's my first Mystic Prophecy album I'm very impressed. I don't know if it's only me, but I find most of the songs here to sound exactly like the ones before them. I can tell the songs apart only when the chorus hits.

Despite all that i really liked the album and will dig more in their back catalog. 80/100 for now

This is good shit, very generic though. i understand completly what you mean about the songs sounding 'samey' Pyroman. Its a solid album but doesn't really bring anything new to the table, but its good for what it is. 81/100

Its another killer album from them and I like a lot
