I hope the lead actor will be paralysed in one way or another at the premiere of this film. Maybe then people will finally figure that the concept of Superman is an utter abomination and should have been forgotten over the course of WW2.

I shall watch this trailer later, but I've never been a Superman fan. He's way too much of a boy scout with absoloutely no interesting weaknesses (kryptonite; who the fuck came up with that?)

Oh, come on. The only reason he's superhuman on earth is because he comes from a planet with a much more dense atmosphere, hence his ability to fly and superstrength and all the rest. Kryponite is his weakness because when he's around it, the environment mimics that of his home planet.

Superman is lame... If you dont count few interesting elseworlds stories (essentially Son of the Red Star), the man of steel has nothing good to offer.
