The moron doesn't seem to realise Panter had 4 albums before Cowboys. I bet he didn't even listen to them before the "great man" died.

Erm...I meant he probaly never listened to the band at all before then...

Anyway, Power Metal is a good album. Haven't heard the other three.

If you're referring to the Glam Metal albums, they really aren't as bad as everyone says. Besides the laughable lyrics and cheese, Dimebag has some great licks on those albums. Nothing worse than any other act from that genre.

As for the other albums, well that's been beaten to death.

Yeah? I heard they were dreadful, I'll have to do some diggin'. Only got "Cowboys", that was enough for me. Never liked the sound of "Vulgar", which I have heard approximately half of.

Well, Power Metal is the first before the 'big change' and is supposedly quite distinct from the first three. It was their first 'serious' album (but apparently not serious enough  ). It traditional 80s Metal, but not glam. You won't find it anywhere apart from p2p or going for lots of money on ebay.

I'm not that interested. Just mildly curious.

Maybe. As I said, not a major concern.

I find most of Vulgar's songs and some others like revolution is my name, to be extremely nice to headbang with.. Other than that i think pantera is overrated.
