Sounds fun, although I do get concerned by the amount of damage you seem to do to yourself live. Whether it's being bashed in the face by hardcore kids, or catching flu, or fainting from the heat...take more care, woman!

The damage is half the fun. What can I say? I've got strange masochistic tendencies.

Picture this: you’re standing in the middle of a junkyard, and pick up a power saw. It’s not in too bad of shape, some rust coating the blade, but it looks like it might function. You just happen to have a charged battery with you, so you shove it into the saw and turn the machine on. The blade starts spinning, throwing off sparks and dust, and filling the air with a screeching, buzzing growl.

I completely believe that you carry charged saw batteries around with you just in case you find one.

Man, this concert was so good.. Unfortunately, Speed/Kill/Hate couldn't make it because of border problems... But Destruction was there, which is all that really needs to be said. Great review.

I plan on going to this show when comes through my neck of the woods at the end of this month. I'm excited to see these bands. Another great live report Kayla. I really enjoy readying your concert reviews.

Yeah this concert was great, but Graveworm did no Maiden covers and Vader did one shitty encore. Plus the problems with Destructions set. And no Speed Kill Hate, so my show was good and yours sounds much better.

Good to see Slayer still finishes up with Raining Blood. They play that song better than Slayer ever did.

Ya, at my show, Kataklysm headlined, which sucked. Not a big fan of Kataklysm... Vader only therefore had like a half hour set.
