AHHH. I can't sleep. Between the Rugby test matches and the world cup, I've been too excited and haven't been able to sleep. It's draining me though. I think I'll go try some Nyquill.

I literally don't have to to sleep lately. Its fucking me up. Usually I get about 5-6 hours sleep a night. I usually start work between 8 and 9, and by the time I get home (or go out after work) I don't want to sleep before midnight because it feels like I'm wasting my free time. Add several months of this to losing roughly 36 hours of sleep due to the travel and all-nighters that accompany Sweden Rock and I'm totally fuxxored. On Wednesday night I literally couldn't keep my eyes open on the bus. I will sleep well tonight, blessed be the weekend.

I had the worst night ever. Only fell asleep around 5am because of the fucking hot temperature (especially in my bed, I sleep under the ceiling). Woke up around 8.30am with an urgent case of diarrhoea, then slept again, fitfully, until noon.

Ha ha ha ha, forget that, I got back to eating after the 4th day. I had to, I can't exercise and not eat. It's dangerous. I just finished eating a huge ham, sausage, and cheese sandwhich. Delicious.

I took an ambien last night.Knocked me out pretty good but the only problem is that it only lasts about 4-4 1/2 hours.

I long the day that I can get about 7-8 hours of sleep :(

I threw a massive tantrum last night because I had to get an early night. I had an exam today which meant I had to get up at 5am. I had just overcome my nerves and was just falling asleep when my wife come in and starts MOPPING THE FLOOR! Women! No logic whatsoever.
