As i am proceding to physics this morning i saw somethign that made me laugh my balls off.

four...count them FOUR, stupid band kids were sitting in a circle talking about dragonforce , and all of them were wearign the same dragonforce shirt.

This might have made any kind of sense if dragonforce had jsut came to town , but none of them have ever seen them.

god my life is borring

It is the same at my school, except they are all wearing Slipknot shirts instead. And to think they all feel so adverse.

Yep. I see kids wearing Dragonforce shirts EVERYWHERE now. It's quite ridiculous.

I just can not comprehend the popularity of this band. I can understand Trivium and 16 year old girls like them and shit, but Dragonforce? Jeez.

There's some kids I see about town from time to time who will without fail be wearing the same DragonForce t-shirt every_single_time. Probably the only band the poor suckas know. Really bad, it makes me embarassed to wear my Sonic Firestorm t-shirt these days.

I have never seen anyone wearing a Dragonforce t-shirt. You hardly get metalheads here. Apparently there was a fat man in a Rammstein hoodie around a few days ago, but I don't believe it.

it drives me insane that kids these days think that what makes a band good is how much wankery there is in it.

This whole "look at how fast i can play, im AMAZING!!!!" trend is becomeing so obnoxious that i don't hang with metal guys any more. And by metal guys i mean stupid mallcore kids turned metalheads.

nope. I would rather them be into slipknot and koRn any day.

most fans of them don't have the misconception of there own greatnes, only because they listen to the bands. These guys have massive ego's now that will not accept the most basic facts of logic.

example: one of these kids is a brother to a friend of mine, and after his first show he was trying to make his sister take his amp for him because he couldn't put it in his car because he couldn't pack his stuff intogether because "Maybe your shitty bass can be just jammed in where ever, but i play neoclassical metal and i need my stuff in good shape so theres no room for my amp" After words he started screaming, but we left his amp in the parking lot and he took care of it fine with no ill effect.

I haven't seen any nu-metal kid or metalcore fan become that smug because of the music.
