all i know is that after playing a body-thru neck ibanez for one and a half years has ruined me. I don't like playing les pauls or strats or telecasters cuz it's too rough. the whole thing. But i do like the 80s washburn flying v my music store has.

Rough as in?
I get what Frigid said. Not all gears are the same. Each make has it's own feel. I played on my friends Washburn flying V and I found a hard time. And it's impossible to sit and play on a V, for me. But I love my other friend's Jackson Warrior. He got it fot RM 2300 a few years ago and now it's priced at RM 4000. Beautiful shit.

I'm gonna go back on what I said before. Fuck the price shit. Test a few guitars and make sure you try them a few times each. Play something that you know or love playing. Which one sounds the best and is the most comfortable, go ahead with it. If the sound isn't satisfactory, you can upgrade it later.

I'm gonna buy that fucking washburn. it's awesome. and 600 francs, apparently taht's like giving it away.

and rough as in they're not as smooth as my rosewoob neck with it's precise smooth fretboard.

How much is 600 francs in USD?

Anyway, speaking of sexy basses, I fell in love with Tom Arraya's signature ESP bass  .

(don't ask me about the Jewish inlays. I'm stoned myself)

1 dollar is 1.25 chf, so... let's see.... around... 450$? is that about right?

$480 actually. Wow, that seems a good buy. How many frets and where was it made?

I think 22 frets... but I don't know where it was made.

I think that's cool. But my friend always has a problem on the Wasshburn V. At the part where the neck meets the body, around the 20-something fret, the back part always obstructs his fingering (I can't really put in any simpler terms, I hope you get what I'm saying). The back part of the neck is pretty thick, and my friend loves sweeping, so it really obstructs his fingering hand. He has to curve his fingers like a pianist. Try to look into that when you're buying the guitar.

What's wrong with the bikies? They should be metalheads as well, I guess.

Are you afraid or something? Just punch one straight in the nose and walk away. They'll never touch you after that.

Bikers are some of the nicest people out there, generally. Unless you stare at them in an afraid fashion.

You somehow reminded me of Glen Benton for some reason. Refer: Scars of the Crucifix video :D

I've placed a bid on Egay for a bass and a 40 watt amp for AU$140. May the force be with me.

Fuck the bass. A 40 watt amp? That seems worth quite reasonable for $140. What amp is it? THe bass?
