"adhan" is a Call to the muslims to do their Prayers
What do you think of kemal Attaturk do people in Turkey Honor and respect this man ?

Yup. I hear "adhan" or "ezan" five times a day but don't give a shit because no one really goes to mosques to pray anymore. Besides I'm not religious and it's not that common, I mean I wouldn't hear it if there wasn't a mosque nearby.

And Kemal Atatürk is one of the greatest and most underrated leaders of history. He is simply a demi-god here. You can't walk into a house without his picture and his books etc... If he didn't live I probably wouldn't be alive today either. Everybody worships that man.

I wonder why you asked these.

Kemal Atatürk was an awesome dude and a very clever politician with noble goals.
Just from what I remember from my visit to Turkey that guy:
- turned monarchy into a republic
- kicked religion and the church out of civil life and education
- he also did something very important to the law/legislation but can't remember what
- and he helped Turkey economically get on its feet

Plus he liked to hit the bottle a bit too often :wink: (which eventually led to his death...)

i'm angry (note angry face - :mad:).

i got mugged the other day (er, in january? lol), and the guy got my headphones (before i pwned him). so i went to the usa in august and bought these fancy nike/phillips phones that have those cool thingies that make them hang on your ears.

WITH JUST 3 MONTHS OF USE THEY'RE ALREADY FUCKED UP! WHAT THE FUCK?!

to be able to get any sound from the right headphone you have to hold the chord at a very very very specific angle. that's kind of hard to pull off when you're, you know, moving.

has this happened to anyone before? any way to fix this?
i kind of, erm, threw away the packing because i thought that considering the brands involved i wasn't getting a sub-par product. all i have is the receipt, and the store is in Chicago.

i kill my headphones after about a month, expensive or not. so i just buy crappy 5 franc shit that lasts me a month and is good enough quality for some heavy fucking metal anyway.

Very solid great quality and they isolate the outside sound almost fully.

You just stick them in your ears until the distance between the headphone and your eardrum is close to 0.
They never fall of in any way like that.
