I honestly can't use any of those small headphones that are supposed to go into your ear. My whole headside starts to hurt incredibly in less than a quarter. I can only use normal headphones. Over the ear is ok but not inside. But even those ain't good enough for me for longer listens. Generally headphones give me headaches plus they make my ears sweat. It's nothing to do with volume becaus I never listen to music loud. So I personally avoid headphones at all costs if I can, and when I can't avoid them then I listen to music for shorter periods with breaks in between.

yeah, but when (like me) you have train rides and a little walk to go somewhere every day, headphones are the only answer. sometimes i read in the tube but reading as i walk down the road to uni could result in serious accident

Yup. I hear "adhan" or "ezan" five times a day but don't give a shit because no one really goes to mosques to pray anymore. Besides I'm not religious and it's not that common, I mean I wouldn't hear it if there wasn't a mosque nearby.

And Kemal Atatürk is one of the greatest and most underrated leaders of history. He is simply a demi-god here. You can't walk into a house without his picture and his books etc... If he didn't live I probably wouldn't be alive today either. Everybody worships that man.

I wonder why you asked these.

cos I am a little bit confused , so you don't consider Turkey to be a Muslims country ?

Do you often see women wearing the scarf (HIDING THEIR HAIR AND OTHER PARTS OF THEIR BODY?)

Believe Wikipedia is full of bullshit , don't use wikipedia as your main source of information , since anybody can edit any page and fill it with crap

I reccomend these h-phones to everyone, they are great.
Very solid great quality and they isolate the outside sound almost fully.

I second that, better than most in-ear plugs that cost 5 times as much.

Dear Kathy,

I went to Amazon.com and most reviews there said that while the sound and comfort is good, the durability is indeed a downside to the Nike-Philips HJ030 headphones. I should have known better.

I just didn't expect nike and philips to put their names on substandard products... oh well.

EDIT - i propose this thread's title be changed to just "questions to Kathaarian", so we can ask him stuff.

I keep getting erections at work.

So my "2 Questions To Kathaarian" are:

1. How can you tell if the bananas you're purchasing at a grocery store are just right for consumption?

2. Say I was walking down a grassy hill and there was a naked fat guy bathing in the sun with a raccoon licking his nipples. What should I do? I need to know, who knows if this will ever happen to me.

Answers to all of these lovely questions my readers sent me:

1. WTF?
2. Headphones work better if you pour coke on them (tried and tested)
3. Sony all the way for headphones!
3. Kemal Atatürk is the man!
4. Kthxbai
5. Bananas should be yellow, if they're not, don't buy. yellow (srsly)
6. Kill the fat guy and rape the racoon (tried and tested)

I'm there for you. All of you. In time of need. (sexual and other stuff) Call me.
