I can get a Riot cd, but I don't know much about the band. Except that I want to start listening. So please help me choose wich one I should purchase.

None of those. Get Fire down under and Narita instead IMO.

What you need is not RIOT, it's RIO, the prog genre.

Thundersteel of course!!! The best Riot album and one of the best U.s. metal albums evah!

The only one I've heard is ThunderSteel and it is the mutt's nuts.

So basically this post is teh useless.

I know Thundeteel is good, I remember talking about it a couple of monthes ago. BUT the ones in the post are the only ones available to me at the moment. So which ones of those is worth getting? A band as old as Riot can't only have 1 good album.

Yes, Riot has a bunch of great albums: Thundersteel, Narita, Fire down under, Rock city, and anothe bunch of solid albums. Two of them are in your list.
But the other two are live albums, and not very memorable, as I remember listening one of them in a friend's house.
So, of your poll, the obvious choice is The Privilege Of Power. But Irishmore is, if I remembre well, a good album too. But the problem is that these two are forgotten in a pile of almost never listened cd, cause when I hear Riot, usually go for Narita, Fire Down Under or Thundersteel.
