It seems that the 80 x 80 restriction on avatars isn't working. It doesn't cause a problem if someone has a tall avatar, but when someone has a wide avatar is screws up every thread that person posts in.

Please, if you're to upload/link a new avatar, make sure it is no wider than 80 pixels.

True, but it's been done many times before. Metalhead Bastardos has one too big, too.

Yeah, a few times I put up a new avatar it seemed to big to me and I decided against it for the sake of others (and myself as well as I find it a tad annoying).

Resize it. Just click "Edit Photo" in Photobucket (I don't know if ImageShack can do it) and you can make it smaller.

Yours isn't so bad until people start quoting things and they everything starts moving to the left.

It's just kind of annoying have to scroll right and then back to read a post, you know? Eyesore still loves you.

Yeah it's if people link to an off-site one they can use pretty much any size.

Asside from the really ridiculously large ones, I don't really mind. I think it's much more important and effective to limit the amount of quotes that go in one post (I mean quote in quote in quote etc) to three or four. If it's not included in this phpBB version, then it's very easy to upgrade of install a plugin.
