On a side note,I'm so going to have this cd streaming in the backround while I decimate my foes in Gears of War!!!Good times are ahead!Chainsaw bayonets FTW!!! :dio:

That game is so brutal you'll need to listen to an airplane engine to get a heavy enough sound to match. I want it soooo bad, even though I don't even have a Xbox 360

you did good, people review shit here way to high. There is no way on earth a band like Into Eternity should ever get over an 80 no matter how good their album is.

yeah, I mean I'm madly in love with Protest the Hero's Kezia but I wouldn't classify it as a "masterpiece", it's just some emo fag stuff I really connect with :P

That pretty much sums it up yeah.

I've just got through playing nearly 10hrs worth of videogames today, what with Call of Duty 3,Tony Hawk's P8 and GoW,and it was amazing!GoW is soooo damn fun!The tactics and depth to the game are incredible(no rts but its still good),my sis and I are in love with it,game of the year for us,co-op rules, and it is soooo beautiful, easily one of if not the most gorgeous game yet!

 noodles,at least your honest.

Sometimes yes,a no score scenario is a kinda good idea. The "other" guys over at digitalM don't have a ratings system,if I want to know how they feel I have to read the whole review. It can be a little tricky to get a better idea as to where cd's stack up against each other, but then again, seperating the near immediate final judgement we all know is often a good thing,as the focus is then almost exclusively on the album in review. It helps get a more honest less comparitive review, letting the material stand on its own.

Gotta love my Captain Obvious ways!To the helicarrier!!!

You have a sister playing games? Why didn't you say so earlier.
She into metal as well? I tell ya, we need more women in these cultural activities, or we'll all end up like noodles.

Haha, yeah my sister is a gamer.SHe is hella good too,in DOA she kicks my ass all the time. She wasn't always into games though, for most of her life she was a very "barbie" kinda girl, and still mostly is.A couple years ago she started playin' videogames and she found her own way into heavy metal.

She loves Power Metal, and can take some DM if I am there with her, though she wouldn't listen to on her own.She loves the bass player from Hammerfalls hair, the guy from Wintersun,Janne from Warmen and CoB and just general metal badassness.Seriously, the guy who gets her is one lucky SOB!!! :omfg:

In Gears of War she adapted faster than me and is so good at using the chainsaw attatchment that she is getting kills while the enemies are in the air lunging at us!!!She is so my best friend!

On topic :United in Regret Ruless!

Actually my girlfriend likes metal-ish music and video games. So if more girls get into it... you'll all end up like me!

I'm loving this. It's more of a grower than ACOG, but this and still writes some of the best techmelodeath to date. <- Teach Me Lode Ath?

Yeah, the only other bands I've heard blend tech stuff with melody as well as Arsis do are Death, Becoming the Archetype (they're metalcore though) and Martyr - Warp Zone.

I hope their next album is a little more experimental/ambitious because for a third release it might be kinda disapointing.

Although it took a long ass time, this really has grown on me. Still don't think it's as good as the debut, but I would probably give it an 83 now.

Yeah I'm not really sure what to think of it. I still think of it as "disappointing" but I've probably listenened to United in Regret at least twice as much as Celebration of Guilt since it came out >.>
