Now, who are these people (three or four repeat posters) who have been posting non-stop for years now about a little girl none of them had ever met who died in the 80s? What kind of mentality does that take? If you look through the posts you'll eventually find a link to a website they've set up about her. Its more of the same - a bunch of people writing poems and listing songs about a little girl that was murdered nearly 20 years ago. How can someone develop that sort of obsession? I mean, do these people go through their daily lives and constantly see things that makes them think "oh, that reminds me of poor little Judith....poor, sweet little Judith...." Its like this celebrity worship attitude of modern times taken to one of its most disturbing extremes.

I looked through a few of those posts and I started getting a sick to my stomach feeling. I'm not even sure why I posted this, I guess I just wanted to share these weirdos with everyone...

I saw the posts and... yeah, these people are pretty fucking nuts. Their whole spirituality and total obsession with this girl is really creepy. I was reading the posts about the 18th anniversary of her murder and how they would "burn notes so that the smoke would carry up the words to Judith" and how "they would release purple and gold balloons up to heaven for poor poor Judith." I mean, wow, 18 years, you think these people would get over it by now, but damn, they're persistent.

Another post read "I know that Judith and her mother are together in heaven having the time of their lives. It's the only thing that brings me peace."

And ramblings about how "All Dogs Go To Heaven" and "The Land Before Time" made them cry and how they're timeless movies and how omg amazing Judith's role in them was.

Consider me officially creeped the fuck out.
