Should we have another tournament?

If so, lyrics/poetry again?

Or something else?

If people have the simplest of recording devices and, at very least, MTV music generator for PS (or something like a bass, guitar, or kit), we could have people putting small time compositions against each other.

I'd put a prize up for grabs again. This time a good one, ie more $$$. Anyway, ideas, interest, or whatever, talk it out. Might be something to start in a few months... It'll have been "once year since" the last around then, anyway. Okay. Bye.

I might wanna join a poetry contest. I don't really expect to win, so I really don't care about the prize. Just fun, yo.

I just recently started writing though. A critique would be good, since I'm sure I could use it, but the poetry thread is long dead and I'm not sure if I wanna revive it with my crappy poetry. :ph34r:

Since Zad's story was such a big hit; what about a short story contest? Something between 1,500 and 5,000 words (not a lot of writing at all).

I've had a good 'un brewing for a while.

As for music; my bass skills are still quite rudimentry, even though I have already come up with the most kick-arse melodic bass riff in the universe. Plus I have no idea how to record it.

Short stories? If I can find enough people SERIOUSLY interested in such a thing, let's try it... We can actually try a few different things, as long as people participate once signed up. If anyone has something extra cool to bring the interest factor up; ie add to the already good short story idea, I say: Speak now.

Short stories are a good 'un. I'd have a try at that. Since there seem to be hundreds of applicators for both that and the musak skills one, why not run them silmultaneously? I'm sure someone with your intelligence could cope with all that raw data, Naffy/Kraggy.
