Generally, I find the idea of tattoos rather daft, since skin stretches and all of that. Still, it's rather pretty.

Speaking on a personal aesthetics level, I don't care much for it; I don't like the stylization of the feathers. However, it's very well done, and has a well-balanced composition. If you're happy with it (which you certainly seem to be), I'd declare it a success.
