The album would be worth buying if only for the title track. Luckily the rest of the album is first rate as well. Another group that sings in French as is worth checking out is Malidiction.

This is a great band that not a lot of power/prog fans seem to know about. Their French lyrics (and even music style) makes them fairly original in my mind. I enjoy all of their CDs...

D'Un Autre Sang is their best. Didn't like this one very much, though it's better than Ange Ou Demon. The second half of the cd is superior but i feel the band are repeating themselves. They need to add something new to their sound imo. 75/100

I would count Adagio as one of France's best bands, too. (I don't know if you are only counting the ones that sing in french.)
Anyways, I will check this out, it looks as something I have been missing, beeing a great prog metal fan. And I am taking french classes right now, so I will have fun listening to them.

I've never even heard of them. Sounds interesting enought though. Fast melodic power metal... that's all I ask for.

Can't get past the French vocals. Gives the music a certain Eurosong feel. This is not for me.

Let me guess, Mattias Noren did the artwork? That dude LOVES to do artwork with a color split—a dark purple/blue on one side, a yellow/orange on the other. :lol:

You know, I've always really enjoyed a few songs on each of their albums, but found the rest to be kind of boring. Hopefully this one will rock all the way through.
