Why do I think of Wayne's World when I listen to this?

I agree on the production and vocals. They need a lot of work, but I atually enjoyed it (even with a chick singer :omfg: ).

Good review Ken, but you forgot to mention Hibria in your "The New Wave of Brazilian Heavy Metal" list. They're among the best in the genre IMO.

Yeah, but Hibria are more well-known than those other bands. And yeah, I forgot to mention this chick doesn't sound much like a woman all the time. She doesn't sound like a man, of course, but she does have a tone very similar to those dudes that sound like chicks. You following me? Haha.

And I don't why that reminds you of Wayne's World.

The chick kind of reminds me of Cassandra’s (Wayne’s g/f) voice.

This sounds killer! Sounds like Twilight Odyssey meets Ligeia... anyone know where I can pick it up?

Thanks, :D

A pretty tasty slab of good old melodic heavy metal. The clips remind me of Warlock/Doro at times (especially Higher Than You). I agree she needs more power/passion into her vocals. They should re-record this sometime, there seems to be some very good material underneath the iffy production.
