Which Cover Is Better?

I like B the best. It's darker, and then it gets suddenly illuminated by the yellow in the bottom. Nice.

And leeeeeee, I didn't do the painting, that was done by someone I know online. I change the colors and added layers and the fonts and stuff with Photoshop. I usually do my own covers, but I couldn't come up with anything I liked. I was also torn between naming the book "Eyesore" or "Between Gods." And Kenneth Wood sounds better than Ken Wood or Kenny Wood. When I used to act, I went by Kenwood Allen (my first and last combined, then my middle name). I thought about using that name for my books before. Anyway, it's just a name. At least it doesn't have an extra E.

I thought I saw you in a porn video.......ha under "Wood".

Seriously though what do you do? Plays or some shit?

I'm not...uh...properly "equipped" for porn. :lame:

And no, I don't do plays. This is just trite, boring poetry; but chicks dig it. :lol:

I like B because it looks bleaker and the Eyesore is in a different colour.

i think someone suggested moving the titles to the right, and theyre probably right.

As for acting, before I joined the Air Force I did some small bit parts here and there. I was an extra in Blown Away, but that was all a long, long time ago. I'd like to get back into it, but I need to lose weight! Haha. I'd have zero confidence in this current state. Plus, how am I ever going to bang Alyssa Milano as a helpdesk technician?

This books have been "Coming Soon" since around 2003. The title has changed countless times, and I've designed covers time and time again. Here are some other covers/titles I've worked on over the years:

I'm not sure if we're supposed to vote on those too, but I really like the Between Gods one, it's really clean. The Higher Than Heaven ones look really photoshopped or something

Your newest design is better by far than these earlier ones. The Road Less Travelled has some potential, but it's cliché and the font of the title doesn't work.

and i think "K. Allen Wood" is a really good pretentious poet name.

I made so many changes because it costs money to self-publish, and I somehow kept running into financial problems. Haha. Then, as time passed, I'd get bored with a book title and I'd change it. It's literally gone through about 20 name changes. Higher Than Heaven is the title I was set on for a good while, but then people started thinking it was a religious book, which is wrong. It's about as religious as a Tori Amos CD, similar concepts and such. So I changed it.

I still like the Between Gods title.
