Yeah this album is great. Each album is getting better it seems. I also agree with Alex on Erik Ravn. The man can write music. Anyway, one of my favorites for the year.

Wow.
This album is great.

Only from the first listen I gave to it, I think it deserves 93/100.

And just the beginning of the album, it gave me shivers!

I liked their last album alot more. Not saying I dont like this one though, I would probably rate it about 82/100. Midnight Song is my favorite from the album, sucks its only a bonus in europe.

90+ on the previous album for me, my Top 5 of that year, this one is quite good, but not as good, thus the quote.

Have finally formed my opinion of this one now (i got it quite late). It's a step down from Madding Crowd, it's pretty all over the place somehow, the songwriting could use some more polisshing. Pretty good though, and yeah Midnight Song is by far the best song on here.

85/100

I'm finally giving this band a listen, and so far have listened to the first track off this album. All I can say is... :omfg: :omfg: :omfg: ... this is amazing. Here's to hoping the rest of this album is this good.

It is, and you need to check out Far From the Madding Crowd.

Having listened to this album quite a few times now, I concur in its complete awesomeness. Favourite track is Faith- Apathy Divine Part I. What a fantastic mix of power and folk metal- and the vocalist rules in ever way. 88/100. And I shall now check out Far From the Madding Crowd.

FFTMC is even better as well IMO. If you like the vocalist you should check out Astral Doors, assuming you havent before. Its more straight heavy metal and the vocalist pulls off some Dio moments.
