... hmm.. in fact, i don't think Varg will record an album ever again. Once he "realizes" that all music originates from african tribe music, black ppl, he will start to mime instead, cuz language too originates from africa as part of the evolution. And since animated pictures originates from sub-humans from china it's unlikely to be released on a dvd. So he'll just end up being a streetperformer.. how kult is that?!
wrong
not necessarily from his piont of view... besides, the first music does originates from african tribes and evolved from there in some way or another... a bit far-fetced perhaps, he he

very far i think. Not all music has Africa as it's origin just because the homo sapiens started in Africa.
depends on which perspective you're looking from. If you look at music as evolving from one point to another in every direction, then it needs to have an originpoint - evolution. If you just look at music separetely and analyze the instrument, music etc then perhaps no. Then music without drums and rythme (and perhaps even vocal) would originate from elsewhere (ambient, most classic etc)
But i'm sure we can agree with each other that the desire to create music and the term "music" started within the african tribes? I know this is another question, but... i want to come out of this discussion with my pride intact.. i'm a poor looser, you see

i can't be wrong.. i just can't!!! else i would have to sit on my room crying throughout the night for the rest of my life knowing that i'm a failure... for 2 months
edit:
ah.. do you mean that some homo sapiens left africa before music was "invented" and then they re-invented it elsewhere, or something like that?... personally that seems unlikely to me, but what do i know. It's hard know anyway, since ppl back then didn't wrote in their diary dayly since cavewalls are somewhat limited.
of course: Did the homo sapiens originate from africa and the later pushed away the older humanoids, or did the homo sapiens arise several places at once. It's not certain. But if homo sapiens originate from africa alone, then music would originate from africa as well, imo - since the youngest homo sapien found outside africa is 40.000 years older than the earliest homo sapien found in africa. That gives the first HS a good amount of time to make music.
