Awesome. I'd use a battle-axe though.

My weapon of choice would be a warhammer, much like Thor (The norse god and the superhero)

i'd use a Katana.. and chop your flails, hammers etc to pieces!


Flail is not bad, though.. it's quite nasty with it's spikes and all. And i'm quite sure it can do much more damage than a hammer or an axe even without it's spikes, due to the longer reach= bigger swing, more speed, more power = more crying and true viking rampage.. waarghh!
The only bad thing about the flail is that you always have to look out not to rip your own head and arms off while swinging it. That won't happen with a hammer or an axe, unless you're completely retarded.

A battle axe would be krieg. I also wouldn't mind a broadsword.

i would go with the Gudentag (sp?). i saw it in a documentary a few years ago. basicly a giant wooden club used for taking out riders . It kinda looks like the long thing Iscariah is hlding on the cover of sons of northern darkness.

actually it should be Goede(n)dag, since it's origin was in the Southern netherlands..i think

A Goedendag, as it is spelled in Dutch, actually takes the form of a wooden rod with a metal spike head facing the side. It was used to deadly effect against armoured soldiers on foot, by slamming the spike into their throats, which made their heads 'nod' forward - hence the name: "Good Day".

If i saw a crazy bitch swinging a flail aimed for my head I'd defiantly not stand there...
