Well, one at a time...

What a bizarre choice of albums. What motivated you to get them, considering you could proabably get a kick-ass album for the same price. Not judging you, just wondering.

I buy most of my music from eBay, and so bid small amounts on crappy stuff sometimes, like so. Plus, I'd heard 'Freak On A Leash' t'other day and rather enjoyed it.

s/t is cool, I've heard a few songs from Life Is Peachy and they were pretty nice, Issues is awesome, and Untouchables is great at first, but wears out about as fast as bubble gum.

Well, so far the few songs I've heard haven't been bad. Not listened to 'em all yet.

I was actually talking to someone about how I thought numetal wasn't metal and Korn came up so i watched two of their videos on youtube and kinda enjoyed them... Johnathan Davies is a douchebag excuse for a singer though.

Oh, god yes. That pathetic beard makes Michael Akerfeldt look like... he has a really good beard. I like outta the normal singing voices once I'm used to 'em, though.

The Gyuto Monks - Tibetan Tantric Choir

So I was browsing around in the itunes store and paid $10 for two songs. Each song is about 24 minutes long. I'm not quite sure what to think yet...

Fuck I saw Korn live once at a festival. It was embarrassing. During the first track they stopped 3 or 4 times because they couldn't get the sound right. Then I left.

I like Mikael's beard! He looked about 45 without it.

All That Remains - The Fall of Ideals

I thought that "This Darkened Heart" was a very good metalcore record. Hopefully this one won't dissapoint.

That's one of the few albums I own which I've never listened to because the few tracks I'd burned onto my MP3 (without actually hearing them) were so awful.

It's good fun music if you ask me. Yes, the lyrics definately can be a bit silly, but I don't really take it that seriously. It's fun to shout/sing along to. :dio:

Plus, I think that it's their most consistently great album.

Deftones - Adrenaline, Around The Fur, s/t

Surely there'll be less of a backlash to this than the Korn?

I rather like the Deftones. Definetly the best band playing that kind of music.

I feel more comfortable calling them Alternative than Nu Metal. They have some definate Nu Metal moments, but to me they sound more Radiohead than Slipknot.

Awesome. I didn't realise TTW was a live album, but it's great.
