What a shame. I may check out Heaven and Hell with Lamb Of God and Iced Earth, they're playing here and that's three bands I'd like to see.

Man, so many great bands on one bill. Heaven & Hell seem to have the best tour packages anywhere they go.

Though it sucks about the shortened set. I'm sure they had a good reason it. The 30 minute delay of the show could be it, maybe they weren't allowed to perform past a certain time (curfew? or whatever that English word is).

But yeah, that sure sucks for the fans. They should have gone out and explained the situation at least. Though yelling things like "Fuck Dio" is just bad mannered. What a bunch of fucking assholes.

Yeah, yelling those obsenities at the guy was not the right call. Myself, I was yelling "Neon Knights!!!" because I really was hoping for a couple extra jams. The lights remained dimmed for about 3-5 minutes after the guys left stage, leading us all to think that an encore was scheduled. Suddenly, the lights came back on, show over. I spoke with someone who was backstage at the time, and he confirmed that Neon Knights was the encore, and was scheduled to happen despite the late start, but the band decided not to come back out. He didn't know the reason. It was only 11:10PM when the show ended, so I doubt time was a consideration. I was saddened to see that what are basically godfathers of metal walked away like that and that people felt the need to trash legends like that. However, given the circumstances, I can't really blame people for reacting like that. It was disheartening.

Queensryche played a lot of songs in 3 minutes. I'm impressed.

Ha! Too bad my spell / grammar check doesn't have a "dumbass typo detection" feature.

I just saw this show last night and what a great triple bill....one of the best I've seen in many years!!. Musically, both QR and Heaven and Hell were amazing and very tight. Tony Iommi is god...period. As far as the overall performance, the gold medal easily goes to Alice Cooper. The fans were louder for his set than for Heaven and Hell. No-one should have to take the stage after Alice Cooper....a very tough act to follow. I think Tony, Ronnie and the guys are stepping up their performance a bit as Alice is giving them a serious ass kicking every show on the tour so far.
