Pretty sure. It's happened with a bunch of other albums too because before I noticed it just DL'd 128kbps mp3s anyways so randomly an album i havent listened to in a while I'll be like "ugh do not want" and look at it'll be 128kbps ;_;

You will certinaly not hear the diffence in 128kbps from anything from the 70's, the high end just isn't there to be distorted. Unless it is the Boston debut album in sony super bit mapped 20-bit audio version.
