If we could be getting this back on topic...
Would anyone trade me anything for:
Xasthur-Subliminal Genocide (I know Zad's interested in this, just have to see his list of promos)
Pantera-Far Beyond Driven
Meshuggah-Catch 33.

And once again I forgot about the promos, sorry. What's wrong with Catch 33, though? Anyone that hasn't 'got' it hasn't listened to it loud enough, imho.

I can't actually sell or swap promos, it turns out, so I'll have to find another way of ditching them... In the meantime, after a quick flick through, this is what I don't want. I'll probably only be able to shift the Trivium...

The Corrs - In Blue
Anthrax - The Collection
Trivium - The Crusade (with black cover, limited first day edition)
Mark Lanegan Band - Bubblegum
Sally Oldfield - Flaming Star

The Corrs are an awesome experimental Irish Folk band, Anthrax = :dio: pure Thrash! MLB is like, heavy bluesy stuff, very good and Sally Oldfield does this new-agey stuff that fans of Dead Can Dance will love.

The Corrs= experimental Irish Folk? You should have a job in the music industry sir. I'll swap you the Xasthur for the Anthrax. (makes weak joke about recieving Anthrax from Zad)

Since I feel bad and am actually a nice person, I feel obliged to let you know that it is actually a Best-Of. And not a great one at that.

Yes, Rad, I would have told him without your interjection.

I was aware that it was a best-of. How is it as a starting point for the 'Thrax?

Not bad. It has some good tracks on there, no Caught In A Mosh, Indians, Deathrider etc though.

Looks like you're desperate to get rid of the Xasthur, eh?

Yup. It's the absolute worst album in my collection, and unlike the other bad albums I have, it has no significance as a an addition to my collection.

Wow I'm so surprised.

Soon to be expecting a bunch of posts about how all music is as stupid as black metal and if we weren't all so narrow minded we'd realise luv was way cooler.

ON TOPIC

!!!

I' m in love too. But really all it incremented was my love towards grindcore and fast music. Guess not everyone is like Misha.

I guess it's a deal then! PM me your address and I'll get the Anthrax sent off (ooh-er).

Thinking about it, I do quite like Anthrax, maybe I should take the Craigster's advice and get their first couple of albums...

True dat brotha. I'm not so big on them from then on. The first album hasNeil Turbin's awesome vocals all over the place, the second and third have all of the classic Anthrax songs...

While he's looking at himself in a mirror, no doubt.

By the way, I have two more for trade:

Bigelf - Hex
Blackmore's Night - Paris Moon (CD/DVD, sealed)

I'm sure you'll be chuffed to know me and Zad did the first trade to come out of this thread, so at least something came out of it.

Yeah, but Zad pretends like it takes 9 months for a CD to arrive.

If you see anything you like in my collection you would be willing to trade for let me know. Im not willing to part with quite a few things but have a look and who knows, if you want something I might part with it for that since I loves me some BN.
