Great point there, "For every Imaginations From The Other Side there is a Battalions Of Fear". I couldn't agree more.

This album is a small gem. It definitely lies in the shadow of later Evergrey albums, but it should not be ignored by fans. There is some great atmosphere and vibe on this album and the guitar work is, as always with Evergrey, excellent. Some songs are a bit all over the place, and you can tell they hadn't quite yet matured as song writers. I still find this more interesting than Monday Morning Apocalypse.

Check it out. But if you haven't already, get Solitude Dominance Tragedy first :)

As Tompa said, this album doesn't have this polished feel as Recreation Day or The Inner Circle. Still, the melodies and dark atmosphere in it are just as good as any Evergrey album. Production is not very good and Tom's vocals have sounded better. I'd give this 75/100.
