There are much better mainstream books on atheism and the drawbacks of organized religion.

I love this dude. He's a religious bishop who makes a beautiful case for secular humanism.

As for Dawkins, I'm sad that he's not famous for kick starting Philosophy of Biology with his earlier work but for the inflammatory book that is TGD.

That does look like a good book. And I agree that God should be left out of moral debates as much as possible, otherwise you're just alienating some people and giving other people a purely rote understanding of morality.
